This hands on short course has been specifically designed for people who are looking to enhance their skills, change career path and gain employment in the services sector. The program provides an opportunity to gain a taste of what it is like to work in the services sector, while developing some Nationally Recognised competencies from the Tourism, Hospitality & Events Training Package.
Emphasis has been placed on employer expectations and the development of real skills that are particularly valued in the sector.
