PTEP is funded to deliver the New Workforce Partnerships (NWP) program. NWP is a Victorian Department of Innovation, Industry & Regional Development initiative delivered by PTEP to provide sustainable jobs to jobseekers across the Mornington Peninsula. It has two projects, Top Jobs Working and Peninsula Youth Engagement Project (PYE).

Top Jobs Working

The Top Jobs Working NWP project bridges the gap between jobseekers and industries facing skills and labour shortages. NWP gives jobseekers the training and support they need to find ongoing employment. It also offers industry and employers access to jobseekers who are ready for work.

Top Jobs Working responds to the needs of local jobseekers and employers. Developing work skills in a range of occupations that have local employment opportunities, NWP takes a flexible approach in meeting your individual needs to help you find a job.
